Description
Fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes with a diameter between 6mm to 67mm. The Viper Mid MK 2 lubricates ropes at up to 2000m/h. Recommended for use with Wharf Cranes, Ship Cranes, ROV Cables, Mind Winders, Mobile Cranes, Oil & Gas Platforms, Anchor Ropes, Deck Winches, Overhead Cranes and Ship Loaders. The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides grease penetration, moisture displacement and total coverage by forcing lubricant into the core of the rope.
System Components:
High-grade cast aluminium Collar: Finished with advanced powder coating for superior durability. Engineered to deliver enhanced resistance to extreme temperatures, UV exposure, and highly corrosive environments, ensuring long-term performance in the harshest operating conditions.
Manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Seal Set: The Vipers unique polyurethane Seal is wear-resistant yet flexible, eliminating leakage and ensuring lubricant is fully compressed into the rope for corrosion protection.
Scraper Plates: Compresses broken wires to safely pass into the Seal, preventing damage to both the rope and the Seal. For Viper WRL Mid MK 2 and Maxi MK 2 only.
Viper Pump: Available in standard or high-speed options.
Aluminium Storage Case: Included with every Viper WRL Kit, the case securely stores all essential components, protecting them from harsh environmental conditions.

Viper Manual Rope Cleaners: Built for independent use the Viper Manual Rope Cleaner operates without the need for the Viper WRL system. It removes dirt, debris before lubricating.
