TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This quotation is valid for 30 days only from the quotation date above
2. Prices are specific for full quantity quoted, prices may vary for orders of less quantity
3. The quoted products may vary from the requested products. Trimar will supply the products as quoted on this quotation, by issuing a purchase order related to this quotation the buyer accepts this fact and cannot dispute this later.
4. Please use this quotation number on related purchase orders to avoid any misunderstandings.
5. Deliveries for purchases less than 30,000 thb will be subject to handling and delivery fee of 800 thb in Sattahip and Songkhla near areas. Other regions will be subjected to delivery charges as quoted.
6. Deliveries outside normal working hours Monday-Friday 08-18 will be subjected to O.T. charge flat rate 1600 thb per delivery in areas stipulated in point 4
7. Where deliveries are offered Trimar delivers to customer location, hand carry items are delivered on board. Heavy items that require fork lift and/ or crane is delivered to site on truck. It is the customers responsibility to arrange lifting from our truck.
8. Customer accept the deliver by signing the MDT and that is final, no returns are accepted.

By issuing a PO based on our quotations or this website details customer understands what they order and cannot return the goods.
